Relationship Manager 60 Degree (Graduation) in any discipline.
MSME Relationship Manager 30 Graduation + 2 Years relevant experience.
Senior Manager / Product Head 14 PG Degree / MBA in Finance/Marketing.

Age Limit and Application Fee

Age Limit (as of 01-03-2026): Minimum 21 Years and Maximum 35 Years (varies based on seniority of the post). Age relaxation is provided for OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), and PWD (10 years).

Application Fee:

  • General, EWS, and OBC Candidates: Rs. 600 plus taxes.
  • SC, ST, PWD, and Women Candidates: Rs. 100 plus taxes.

Selection Process and Salary Package

The selection process for specialized posts in Bank of Baroda generally consists of:

  • Stage 1: Shortlisting of candidates based on academic and experience profiles.
  • Stage 2: Personal Interview (PI) or Group Discussion (GD).
  • Stage 3: Medical Examination and Document Verification.

Salary Details: Candidates selected on a regular basis will receive pay as per the IBA scales. For contractual roles, a fixed monthly remuneration ranging from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 1,20,000 will be offered depending on the post grade.
