Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
The Bihar Government has set specific rules for Phase 2 eligibility:
- Failed Candidates: Teachers who could not qualify in the Sakshamta Phase 1 examination.
- Absent Candidates: Teachers who registered for Phase 1 but could not appear for the exam.
