Selection Process & Emoluments / Fellowship Pay
- Shortlisting: Screening of applications based on academic record, GATE/NET score, project experience, and field of specialization.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview (in-person or online) conducted by the SAC expert panel.
- Fellowship / Salary Structure:
- JRF: **₹37,000/- per month** + HRA (as per rules).
- Research Associate: **₹47,000/- to ₹54,000/- per month** + HRA based on post-doctoral experience.
- Project Scientist: Standard consolidated monthly remuneration as per DST/ISRO norms (approx. **₹56,000/- to ₹78,000/- per month** + applicable allowances).
