The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has activated the online application gateway for the Inter Level Combined Competitive Exam 2026. This recruitment aims to fill 860+ Vacancies for Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Typist, and Clerk-cum-Computer Operator positions across various state departments.

2. Complete Educational Standards & Typing Criteria

• Academic Criteria: Candidates must have passed the Intermediate / 10+2 Class from any recognized board or council.
• Skill Test Metrics (Hindi Typing):
  • Candidates must possess a typing speed of 25 Words Per Minute (WPM) in Hindi on the computer.
  • The standard script format required is Kruti Dev 010 font layout with a permissible error margin of up to 2% only.

3. Age Limits & Criteria

The age parameters will be calculated based on official reference cut-offs set by the commission:

• Minimum Age Benchmark: 18 Years
• Maximum Age Limit (General/UR): 35 Years
• OBC / BC (Male candidates): 37 Years
• UR / OBC / BC (Female candidates): 38 Years
• SC / ST (Male & Female candidates): 40 Years

4. Mode of Selection & Exam Process

The selection process for JSSC JIS(CKHT)CCE will be completed via a single Main Examination framework containing three distinct paper sets:

• Paper 1: Language Knowledge (Hindi & English) — Qualifying only.
• Paper 2: Regional / Tribal Language Choice Scheme (Urdu, Santhali, Mundari, Kurukh, Kharia, Khortha, Nagpuri, Panchpargania, etc.).
• Paper 3: General Knowledge, Jharkhand State GK, and Computer Aptitude Knowledge Matrix.

5. Application Examination Fees

• General / OBC / EWS Category Candidates: ₹100/- only.
• SC / ST Candidates of Jharkhand State: ₹50/- only.
