Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure

Interested candidates must satisfy the following professional and educational standards:
1. Service & Experience Requirement:
  • Candidate must be a regular officer of the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS).
  • The officer should be currently working in SAG / NF-SAG / SG grade.
  • Vast experience in HR Management, Industrial Relations, and Railway Establishment rules is mandatory.
2. Salary & Pay Scale:
  • The selected officer will be placed in Pay Level 14 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
  • The officer will receive their Parent Pay plus Deputation Allowance as per Govt. of India rules.
3. Age Limit & Tenure:
  • Maximum Age: 55 Years as of the date of notification.
  • Tenure: Initially for a period of 3 years, which may be extendable up to 5 years.
