Eligibility Criteria & Salary Details

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a Full-time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) or 5-year Integrated M.Tech with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized University/Institute. A valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 score in the respective discipline is mandatory.

Age Limit (as of 30-04-2026): Maximum 26 Years for General/EWS. Upper age relaxation of 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PWD candidates is applicable.

Salary & Stipend: During the one-year training period, candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 55,000/- per month. Upon successful completion of training, they will be posted as Scientific Officer (C) with a gross monthly salary of approximately Rs. 1,20,000/- plus benefits.
