1. Computer-Based Exam Pattern & Skill Test Framework
The selection process bypasses standard mathematics entirely, evaluating aspirants via a unique tracking blueprint:
- Written Evaluation Node: Comprises 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) testing General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 Qs), General Awareness (50 Qs), and English Language & Comprehension (100 Qs). Penalty tracking factor of 0.25 marks applies to incorrect nodes.
- Shorthand Skill Parameter: Shortlisted candidates face an intensive dictation test for 10 minutes in either English or Hindi:
