Eligibility Criteria & Qualification
1. Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Manager: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 50% marks. Basic knowledge of computers is required.
- Manager: Graduation degree with 50% marks and MBA/PGDM/CA/CMA or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
2. Age Limit (as of 01-01-2026):
- Minimum Age: 21 Years.
- Maximum Age: 40 Years.
- (Age relaxation is applicable as per Uttar Pradesh State Govt rules for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
3. Pay Scale:
The selected candidates will be placed in the regular pay scale of the UP Cooperative Bank with standard allowances like DA, HRA, and medical benefits.
