UPPSC OTR Requirement & Selection Stages
- Mandatory One Time Registration (OTR): Candidates must complete UPPSC OTR registration at otr.pariksha.nic.in at least 72 hours before filling the PCS form to generate their OTR Number.
- Stage 1 (Prelims Examination): Objective type preliminary test comprising General Studies Paper I and Paper II (CSAT - Qualifying).
- Stage 2 (Mains Examination): Descriptive written examination for shortlisted candidates based on Prelims cutoff scores.
