Selection Methodology
- Written Examination (CBT): For Non-Executive posts, candidates will undergo a Computer-Based Test testing Subject Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence, and Reasoning.
- Trade / Skill Test: Practical trade test for ITI-based technician posts to assess hands-on operational capability.
- Merit Screen (Apprentice Posts): Shortlisting based on marks obtained in ITI / Diploma / Degree examinations.
- Document Verification & Pre-Employment Medical Test: Final selection is contingent upon verifying original credentials and meeting BEML medical standards.
