Selection Process & Pay Scale Structure
- Online Examination (Written): Objective Computer-Based Test (CBT) covering technical knowledge (domain specific to the trade) and logical reasoning/general aptitude.
- Trade Test / Skill Assessment: Shortlisted candidates from the online exam will be called for a practical trade test to assess hands-on skill relevance.
- Pay Structure: Selected Technicians will be placed in Pay Level-2 (**₹19,900 – ₹63,200**) as per 7th CPC plus standard central government allowances.
