Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA) 18 - 33 Years Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Chemistry WITH minimum 45% marks FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY OR INSTITUTION.

Selection Process & Pay Scale Structure

  1. Online CBT-1 (Screening): Objective screening test evaluating general intelligence, reasoning, arithmetic aptitude, and general awareness. Marks will not be counted for final merit.
  2. Online CBT-2 (Merit): Objective test covering technical knowledge (domain specific), general awareness, and basic computer applications. Selection for CBT-2 is strictly based on CBT-1 normalized marks.
  3. Medical Examination & Document Verification: Final merit-listed candidates will be invited for physical document verification followed by a strict medical fitness assessment as per Railway norms.
  4. Pay Structure: Selected RRB Junior Engineers will be placed in Pay Level-6 (**₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400**) as per 7th CPC plus standard central government allowances.
