Selection Process & Pay Scale Structure
- Office Assistant (Clerk): Preliminary Examination → Main Examination → Final Merit List (No Interview).
- Officer Scale-I (PO): Preliminary Examination → Main Examination → Personal Interview → Final Provisional Allotment.
- Officer Scale-II & III: Single Online Examination → Personal Interview → Document Verification & Allotment.
- Pay Scale & Salary: Office Assistants receive ~**₹30,000 - ₹35,000/month** gross starting pay. Officer Scale-I Officers start with ~**₹50,000 - ₹58,000/month** in IDA/PSU bank pay scales along with standard allowances and perks.
