Selection Scheme & TRCA Structure
- Merit Based Selection: Selection is based entirely on the Merit List prepared automatically by the system taking the actual aggregate percentage of marks obtained in Class 10 of all subjects.
- Document Verification: Merit-listed candidates will be invited for physical document verification at the specified regional postal authority before final appointment.
- Stipend/TRCA Structure: BPM (Level 1: **₹12,000 – ₹29,380**), ABPM/Dak Sevak (Level 1: **₹10,000 – ₹24,470**) on Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) basis along with applicable Dearness Allowance.

- Click on "Registration / New Registration" to obtain your registration number by providing basic credentials.
- Select your desired Postal Circle to apply. Only one circle can be applied for at a time.
- Log in using your registration number and password. Choose your division and give post preferences.
- Upload scanned copies of required documents (10th marksheet, category certificate, photograph, signature) in specified format/size.
