Indian Navy has released the official recruitment notification for Short Service Commission (SSC) Officers under Executive, Education, and Technical Branches for the June 2027 Course at Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, Kerala. Unmarried eligible Male and Female candidates holding BE/B.Tech, M.Sc, MCA, or M.Tech degrees can submit their online applications on the official Indian Navy portal joinindiannavy.gov.in.

Technical Branch
(Engineering & Electrical Branch)
02 July 2002 to 01 January 2008 BE / B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Marine, Aeronautical, Production, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Control Engg, etc., with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

Indian Navy SSC Officer Selection Procedure

  1. Shortlisting of Applications: Shortlisting is based on normalized marks obtained by candidates in their qualifying degree (BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA).
  2. SSB Interview Round: Shortlisted candidates undergo Stage-I (Screening Test) and Stage-II (Psychological Test, Group Task, and Personal Interview) at SSB Centers (Bhopal, Bangalore, Visakhapatnam, Kolkata).
  3. Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB board undergo detailed medical fitness tests.
  4. Final Merit List: Prepared strictly on the basis of SSB marks subject to medical fitness and availability of vacancies.
