2. Mandatory Educational & Typing Skill Standards
Candidates must satisfy both academic criteria and technical skill benchmarks to qualify:
- Academic Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a recognized board or institutional framework.
- Hindi Typing Clause: For Clerk and Typist profiles, candidates must clear a computer skill test tracking a minimum speed of 25 Words Per Minute (WPM) in Hindi (Kruti Dev or Mangal font layout parameters) with maximum permissible error caps within 2%.
- Stenography Metrics: Steno positions require a shorthand tracking capture layout of 80 WPM along with associated typing speeds.
- Age Parameters: Minimum limit is 18 Years. The upper age boundary scales up to 35 Years for Male (UR/EWS), 37 Years for BC/EBC, and 38 Years for Female applicants.
