Selection Process & Pay Scale Structure
- Written Examination: Objective test covering domain knowledge, general awareness, reasoning, and quantitative aptitude (Applicable for Direct/Deputation posts).
- Interview / Skill Assessment: Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be called for document verification followed by Personal Interview or Skill Assessment (For technical posts).
- Pay Structure: Deputy Director (Level 12: **₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200**), Accounts Officer (Level 10: **₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500**) with applicable DA, HRA, and allowances. IT Consultant: Negotiable Consolidated Remuneration commensurate with qualification and experience.
